TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EDGE (useedge.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

EDGE is currently operated as a sole trader pending incorporation. These terms will be updated to reflect the incorporated entity when registration is complete.

2. The Service

EDGE provides AI-powered sales coaching tools for recruitment consultants, including:

• Pre-call briefs generated from prospect information you provide
• Post-call analysis, scoring, and coaching reports based on transcripts you submit
• AI-generated follow-up emails, CRM notes, and LinkedIn messages
• Call history tracking and performance trend reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access at info@useedge.co.uk
• Not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorisation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EDGE only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the service to process data you do not have the right to process
• Submit transcripts or data belonging to third parties without appropriate authorisation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without prior written consent

5. Your Data and Transcripts

You retain ownership of all data you submit to EDGE, including prospect names, company information, and transcripts.

By submitting a transcript, you confirm that you have the right to process that transcript and that doing so complies with applicable law, including UK GDPR and PECR where relevant.

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Transcripts are processed in memory to generate your report and are immediately discarded — they are never stored in our database.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of EDGE complies with any obligations you have to your clients, employers, or applicable regulations regarding call recording and transcript processing.

6. Subscription and Payment

6a. Plans and pricing

EDGE is offered on the following plans:

• Free trial — 14 days of full access, no credit card required. After 14 days, the account moves to read-only access unless upgraded.
• Solo — £29/month
• Pro — £49/month
• Team — £39/seat/month
• Founding — £19/month (limited availability)

6b. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

6c. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6d. Price changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Intellectual Property

EDGE and all associated software, design, and content are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

AI-generated outputs (reports, emails, CRM notes, LinkedIn messages) are generated for your use. You may use, edit, and distribute these outputs freely as part of your normal business activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

EDGE is a coaching and productivity tool. AI-generated outputs are suggestions only — they do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the service
• Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during that period
• We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms, or with 30 days notice for any other reason.

On termination, your right to use the service ceases. Your data will be retained for 30 days following termination to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
